Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with delivery or tracking details once your order ships.
Maplemere Home is a fully online store, so we ship free on every order. No order minimums and no surprise fees at checkout.
Every product page states where that item ships, and the cart will tell you before checkout if something in your bag cannot be delivered to your region.
The portable lamps ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in 4–15 business days, across Canada and the United States. Everything else is dispatched within 1–3 business days and arrives in 5–12 business days anywhere in Canada. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
